Privacy Policy

ReFind is designed around user-initiated saving. The extension does not continuously read your browsing history in the background and does not collect webpage content unless you choose to save, import, sync, or configure data.

Information We Process

How We Use Information

Storage and Retention

The extension stores only necessary settings locally in the browser. Saved collection content and account-related service data are stored by the configured ReFind API service. Data is retained while your account or configured service needs it to provide the product features, unless you delete it or request deletion where available.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

ReFind does not sell personal data. If the backend service enables third-party AI, hosting, analytics, email, or infrastructure providers, relevant data may be processed by those providers only to deliver the requested product functionality and service operations.

User Controls

Children's Privacy

ReFind is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when product features, legal requirements, or service providers change. The updated date on this page indicates the latest version.
